TEAM FEES:
Team Fee: The team fee must be paid before the gymnast's first class of the season and is charged per gymnast.
Tuition: Tuition secures your child's place on the team and is not contingent on attendance. It can be paid monthly or as a one-time full payment.
Monthly Payments: Monthly tuition must be received by the 1st day of the month.
Automatic Payment & Credit Card on File: Wojtek’s Gymnastics requires a valid credit card to be kept on file for every account. All accounts are enrolled in automatic payment. Upon completion of registration, the initial payment will be automatically processed using the credit card on file within 2 days. Monthly tuition and any other applicable charges will be automatically processed on the first of each month or according to the account’s payment schedule. By signing this agreement, I authorize Wojtek’s Gymnastics to charge the credit card on file for all tuition, fees, and other charges associated with my account.
Late Payments: Monthly tuition must be received by the first of the month to avoid a late fee. Any payment that is not successfully processed or received by the first of the month will incur a 10% late fee on the outstanding balance.
Returned Check Fees: A $45.00 NSF fee will be charged for returned checks.
Withdrawal Policy:
1.) The Team Gymnastics main season runs from September through May. Upon registration, your child is automatically enrolled in the program through the end of the current main season (End of May) and will remain enrolled unless a withdrawal request is submitted in accordance with this policy. June, July and August are considered part of the current season but are a separate summer session and require a separate invite once evaluations are completed and the summer session schedule has been released.
2.) All withdrawal requests must be submitted via our new automated system prior to the 1st of the month.
3.) If written notice is not received by this deadline, the family will be responsible for the full tuition payment for the following month.
4.) Enrollment will be terminated on the last day of the current month. Families are financially committed to the month in which the student is currently enrolled. Partial refunds or prorated tuition will not be issued for students who stop attending before the end of the month.
5.) Once a withdrawal has been processed, your child's spot in the class is no longer reserved and may be filled by another student.
6.) Registration fees are non-refundable and remain valid through the end of the current season.
Steps to withdraw via our new automated system:
- Login into your account
- Click on the "Family" tab
- Select the child you would like to remove
- Select the class you would like to remove
- At the bottom - Select "Drop class"
- Complete all sessions and click on "Confirm"
