* Members: $20.00 per clinic

(Those who have paid 25/26 reg fee and currently enrolled in a class)

* Non-Members: $25.00 per session

* Payment accepted by cash or checks payable to

Wojtek's Gymnastics only (no cards or apps)

* All clinics must be paid prior class

* Once you sign up you are responsible for payment regardless of attendance

* Sign up ahead of time via Google Form

* First come, first served - via Google Form sign up

* Once a clinic is full, it will be removed from the Google Form.

* Once the form is submitted and your dates are selected,

you are responsible for payment, regardless of attendance.

* Wojtek’s Gymnastics may cancel due to low enrollment,

weather, or scheduling conflicts. In that case,

you'll be notified by phone or email.
