Each gymnast is allowed one makeup class per month, if space is available.
Makeup classes must be:
Scheduled in advance
Completed within 30 days of the missed class
Approved due to illness or injury only — makeups are not offered for scheduling conflicts
Reported before the class begins if your child is unable to attend due to illness or injury
We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our classes consistent and running smoothly for all students.
👕 Dress Code
To ensure safety and freedom of movement, the following dress code must be followed:
Female Gymnasts:
Leotards required (Shorts are allowed if they are sport / cheer shorts that are form fitting)
No attached skirts or exposed midriffs
Male Gymnasts:
Elastic waistband shorts only
T-shirts must be tucked in
No baggy shorts, jeans, or clothing with zippers
Parent & Tot Class:
Warm-up clothes are allowed
No zippers, snaps, or buttons
Grip Socks Required for All:
Everyone entering the gym area must wear grip socks.
No regular socks or bare feet — grip socks prevent slipping and help avoid injury
Available for purchase at the gym: $5.00 per pair
Other Requirements:
Hair must be tied back and up (e.g., ponytail)
No jewelry (for safety reasons, including spotting and equipment use)
No shoes permitted in the gym area

Please review the following rules and policies with your child to help us maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
✅ General Gym Rules
Entry & Supervision:
Gymnasts will be called into the gym area by their coach at the start of class. For safety, please do not enter the gym or use equipment without staff supervision.
Be On Time:
Arriving late disrupts the class and prevents a proper warm-up, which is essential for safety. Please make every effort to arrive on time.
Pick-Up Policy:
Children will only be dismissed when a parent or guardian is visible to our staff. Children are not permitted in the parking lot without an adult.
Spectator Guidelines:
Parents are not permitted in the gym area during instruction unless enrolled in the Parent & Tot class or specifically invited by a coach.
Food & Electronics:
No food, candy, gum, or cell phones in the gym area.
Water bottles are permitted and encouraged.
Behavior & Participation:
Wojtek's Gymnastics reserves the right to remove a gymnast from a class or program due to:
Non-payment
Excessive tardiness
Disruptive or unsafe behavior
Disrespect toward staff or peers
Repeated failure to follow gym rules
