REGISTRATION FOR CLASSES

All our classes require a registration form & fee.

There are two different class registration forms,

one for our Parent and classes & one for all other classes.

$40.00 Registration fee is Per gymnasts / per season. We accept cash or checks.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR 2023/2024 CLASSES:

* Click on the below box to print and complete the 2023 / 2024 paper registration form

* To register you can:

* Email all pages of the completed form to Wojteksgymnastics@gmail.com

* Drop off all completed pages to the gym

* Mail it to: Wojtek's Gymnastics, 2500 Commerce Parkway, Lancaster, NY 14086.

* Be sure to include your $40.00 registration fee per gymnast. (We only accept cash or checks)

* Please be sure to note what class/classes you are looking to attend.
