REGISTRATION FOR CLASSES

All registrations require a registration form, registration fee & 1st months tuition.

$50.00 Registration fee is Per gymnasts / per season.

We accept cash or checks payable to Wojtek's Gymnastics

If you are signing up for the Parent and Tot class you will need to print and complete

the "2025 / 2026 Parent & Tot Reg / Waiver Form" (Click on the pink box above)

HOW TO REGISTER FOR 2025/2026 CLASSES:

* Click on either the 25/26 Reg form or 25/26 Parent & Tot box to print

* Complete the 2025 / 2026 paper registration form

* To register you can:

Drop off all completed pages to the gym
Mail it to: Wojtek's Gymnastics, 2500 Commerce Parkway, Lancaster, NY 14086.
Email all pages of the completed form to Wojteksgymnastics@gmail.com and mail in your payment within one week

* Be sure to include your $50.00 registration fee per gymnast.

* Be sure to include your first month's tuition.

We currently only accept cash or checks payable to Wojtek's Gymnastics

* Please be sure to note what class/classes you are looking to attend.
