​REGISTRATION FOR CLASSES

All registrations require a registration form, registration fee & 1st months tuition.
$50.00 Registration fee is Per gymnasts / per season. 
We accept cash or checks payable to Wojtek's Gymnastics

*  To register you can:

  • Drop off all completed pages to the gym
  • Mail it to: Wojtek's Gymnastics, 2500 Commerce Parkway, Lancaster, NY 14086. ​

*  Be sure to include your $50.00 registration fee per gymnast.  

*  Be sure to include your first month's tuition.

We currently only accept cash or checks payable to Wojtek's Gymnastics 

*  Please be sure to note what class/classes you are looking to attend.






 Absentee Form

If your gymnast will be absent from class for any reason (illness, travel, etc.)
Please take a moment to fill out our Gymnast Absentee Form ahead of time whenever possible.
This helps us plan accordingly and ensure coaches are informed.

​Withdrawal Policy & Form

1.) The Recreational Gymnastics main season runs from September through June. Upon registration, your child is automatically enrolled in the program through the end of the current main season (End of June) and will remain enrolled unless a withdrawal request is submitted in accordance with this policy.   July and August are considered part of the current season but are a separate summer session and are not part of the main September–June season.
2.) All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing and received by the office on or before the last day of the current month (prior to the 1st day of the next month). To submit a withdrawal request, please complete the Withdrawal Form located below.
3.) If written notice is not received by the required deadline, the family will be responsible for the full tuition payment for the following month.
4.) Enrollment will be terminated on the last day of the current month. Families are financially responsible for the month in which the student is currently enrolled. Partial refunds or prorated tuition will not be issued for students who stop attending before the end of the month.
5.) Once a withdrawal has been processed, your child's spot in the class is no longer reserved and may be filled by another student.
6.) Registration fees are non-refundable and remain valid through the end of the current season.


By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I am requesting to withdraw my child from the gymnastics program and that this request is subject to the policies outlined above.
