RECREATION CLASS DESCRIPTION
Parent & Tot (Ages: Walking to 3 Years)
1 adult per child.
Our Parent & Tot class is a fun-filled and interactive experience designed for children who are confidently walking up to age 3. This class allows little ones to explore the joy of movement and early gymnastics skills alongside a parent or caregiver.
Under the guidance of our experienced coaches, children will:
Tumble, jump, climb, and balance
Build self-confidence and listening skills
Begin to understand group dynamics and social interaction
This class offers a perfect introduction to gymnastics in a safe, playful, and engaging environment—while also strengthening the bond between child and adult.
3 & 4-Year-Old Independent Recreation Classes
Ages: 3–4 years | Independent class (no parent participation)
This fun and active class is designed for young children ready to participate independently. With guidance from our experienced coaches, children will:
Tumble, jump, climb, and balance
Build self-confidence, improve listening skills, and experience group interaction
Develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and motor skills
This class is the perfect introduction to structured learning in a playful and supportive environment!
Recreation Classes
Ages: 5–18 years
These co-ed classes are designed to build physical fitness through gymnastics-based training.
Students will develop:
Strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness
Skills on apparatus including:
Uneven bars
Balance beam
Vault
Trampoline
Floor exercises & tumbling
All skill levels are welcome!
Tumbling Classes
Minimum age for any tumbling class is 6 years old.
Tumbling classes focus exclusively on floor gymnastics. Athletes will work on:
Strength, flexibility, and coordination
Techniques using:
Trampolines
Tumble Track
Floor mats
Ideal for students who want to concentrate on tumbling without apparatus work.
Beginner: This class is designed for those who do not yet the minimum requirements for intermediate or advanced tumble. The following skills may be practiced, but are not limited to, depending on the overall skill level of the class: Handstands, bridges, backbends, rolls (forward, backwards, and dive), cartwheels & roundoffs.
Intermediate: This class is for those who have already mastered all skills listed in the beginner level. The following skills may be practiced, but are not limited to, depending on the overall skill level of the class: All beginner-level fundamentals, kickovers, walkovers and handsprings.
Advanced: This class is for those who demonstrated proficiency in all basic and intermediate skills. A standing back handspring on the floor without a spot is required.
Private Group Classes
Create your own class!
Grab friends, siblings, or teammates and enjoy a customized gymnastics experience together.
Small-group recreation classes held on early afternoons
Includes tumbling and apparatus work: uneven bars, balance beam, vault, trampoline, and floor
Up to 5 gymnasts included in pricing; additional participants can be added for a fee
1-hour class per week
Must commit to a full month of classes
Great for homeschool groups, playgroups, or anyone wanting a flexible and private option!
Private & Semi-Private Lessons
Looking for individualized coaching or more focused skill development?
We offer:
Private lessons (one-on-one instruction)
Semi-private lessons (small group with 2–4 students)
